Apex Systems Website Thoroughly Reimagined
When Apex Systems needed a full website update, they partnered with Imagistic to design and implement the transformation. Imagistic employed UX strategies to completely redesign site navigation and prioritization. Part of the process was reincorporating a Wix-built divisional website back into the main structure of the site, in addition to refreshing site animation, color schemes, and other navigational elements.
Two teams were formed to facilitate the design process: A smaller marketing team and a larger team of 25 people representing various departments within the company. Imagistic wanted to ensure voices were heard and that architecture, page layout, callouts, and site structure supported the specific business needs of each department.
As part of the redesign, Imagistic wrote a custom event management and registration system with multiple timed email notifications, in addition to supporting host event surveys and event recording uploads for views by registrants. They included hooks for integration with their applicant tracking system to connect event registrants with their applicant tracking records.
