The Challenge

The Red Hat Society engaged [iS2 Digital] to build a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to more effectively manage their subscribers, members, and events.

The Solution

[iS2 Digital] worked with Red Hat Society stakeholders to finalize admin- and user-facing business requirements, then implemented a customized software solution using both Drupal and CiviCRM frameworks while maintaining a strict awareness of budget constraints.

  • Migrated existing web site from custom CMS to Drupal CMS

The Red Hat Society connects, empowers and transforms the lives of women approaching 50 and beyond through the power of fun and friendship. Women of any age are encouraged to join (those under 50 don a pink hat until they "REDuate"), emphasizing the value of cross-generational friendships and mentoring.

HAPI at UCLA

The Hispanic American Periodicals Index (HAPI) at UCLA relied on a system of Excel spreadsheets, printouts, legacy PERL scripts, and physical filing to manage their indexing operations. With no centralized digital workflow or validation, the system was inefficient, error-prone, and difficult to maintain.
